Frog on a Doorbell
When Tara and I got home this evening, we found a frog on our doorbell. The frog was just glowing with the light of the doorbell. I ran for my camera.
Hi Rick! I thought for sure that this photo involved some post-processing artistic work. This is really how it looked?! Amazing!
I'm thinking that this would be a great couple of photos to share in the House of Herps blog carnival. The current edition is due out today, but you could submit your blog entry/photos to the next one. see houseofherps.com for details, if you're interested.
Thank you for the comment. No... I didn't do any artistic work to this photo... This is exactly how it looked. Taken at F10 on a 50mm lens, 15 second exposure, at a distance of about 2 feet. I saw it and instantly thought it would make a great photo. I'll check out houseofherps and probably submit. Thank you for your interest.

ReplyDeleteNice pictures - if the frog gets used to its newfound heater you might have even more shots.
